For Providers: Bringing Centering YOU into Postpartum Care

You are not just handing a client a deck. You are helping her build a bridge between therapy and daily life.

Provider Office Hours

Live Provider Training

The live 60-minute provider training will be held on [DATE] at [TIME] via Zoom.

A professional development training for Georgia Perinatal Fund providers on introducing the perinatal therapeutic tool Centering YOU into your practice, selecting cards by clinical theme, integrating the deck into postpartum therapy, supporting between-session use, and inviting mothers into optional feedback and story-sharing without pressure.

Provider Office Hours will be held on [DATE] at [TIME] via Zoom.

A 45-minute space for questions, implementation support, and shared learning about how the deck is being used in real clinical practice. Bring a question, a challenge, an observation or simply come listen. You do not need to prepare anything, and you may attend even when you have not yet used the deck in session.

Provider Field Notes

Provider Field Notes are intended to capture brief, non-identifying observations about how Centering YOU is being introduced and used.

Helpful information may include:

  • The general clinical theme or moment in which a card was used

  • How the card was introduced

  • Whether the client chose the card or the provider suggested it

  • The client’s general response

  • What appeared useful, confusing, inaccessible, or activating

  • Whether the card supported conversation or between-session care

  • Barriers to introducing or using the deck

  • Suggestions for training, implementation, or future resources

These field notes are for project learning. They are separate from your clinical documentation and should remain brief.
