Feminist business design reimagines business as a living system — one that values care, justice, and collective well-being as much as profit. It challenges the old, extractive models of capitalism and builds new ways of working rooted in reciprocity, equity, and integrity.

Drawing from my background as a somatic psychotherapist, I see business as an embodied practice. The systems we create hold the imprints of our culture and our nervous systems — and through intentional design, we can shift from patterns of overdrive and depletion toward balance, creativity, and liberation.
